resolution and windowd mode questions

first off it would be awsome if someone could let me know how to run the game in a window rather then full screen. i have soem probolems iwth it full screen that could be fixed if it was in a window. and if it cant be run in a window i have this inch anda ahlf or 2 inch gap on the right side of teh game screen where the game dosent go. like the monitor setings have the viewable screen to far to the left.

No, it is not possible to run in a windowed mode.
You told about the monitor settings... have you tried to change them?

A utility called DxWindows from a website called HackersQuest claims to allow full screen DirectX games in a window. However, windowed games often suffer a performance hit.. also creating macros might be difficult with a weird directx windowed mode.
