i went in to a cave killing the skeletons and a spider killed me by a ladder and i cant seem to get out because he is in the way i figured its a mapping bug?

i thought about this problem, but i never saw it.

bror, you'll have to find a solution for that ) (maybe random-walk of monsters when they don't see an enemy?)

Yes i too have a full parry bar but i use a bow and dont have the benefit of a bow and am very easilly killed, i guess what im getting at is bror can you make a nother defense type skill?

Another defence skill, for people using bows???
The strenght of an archer is to move quick, stay away from its oponent and eliminate him, before he reaches you (or have some strong fighters on your side). I don't think a thin, flexible bow can be used to parry a war hammer or halbert.

Yes i realize that. but thats why it would be nice to have a other defensive skill. this would also benefit people using 2 swords. and as for the bows it is hard when you have a line of enemys after you to kill them all with none getting to you in time the range is to short between you and the opponet on the furthest part on the screenfor you to get in enough shots to kill him.

3 options here... use the old wodden box trick.. get someone as cannon fodder to take thie hits or block attacks towards you, if possible use obstacles to duck behind after firing.

Maybe there should be a magic spell that would help here.. magic web or paralyze or "though you couldn't fire through it" temporary wall to escape or head of enemies.

there is already a paralyze spell...
