Buying buildings before the wipe/Gebäudekauf vor dem Wipe

Due to requests for the new map, we have come to a decision concerning the constructions of buildings.
Each group is already yet allowed to acquire rights for owning a building on the new map according to the following conditions:
- Basic amount depending on the size of the building amounts 500 Goldingots
- It’s not definite when the new map is coming and when a building will be construct. The lowest amount for a building is 500 gold ingots. It can go upwhere from there, dependent on size. Complaints of, "Why does this group/guild already have their building and we don't?" will be ignored.
- The staff reserves the right to destroy buildings without replacement when they remain unused for two months or longer. (Examples from the past are showing that buildings aren’t used long and afterwards just stay around useless in the landscape)
- The staff reserves the right to charge for buildings monthly IG dues of yet unknown amount.
- The staff reserves the right to let the construction of the buildings being played out with roleplay and to raise more dues for the construction if necessary.
As a consequence of that premeditate thorough if you want to use this possibility. We are not inclined any longer to set buildings which will plainly fall into decline. Furthermore shouldn’t this be an easy possibility to fund your money into immoveable property. Such a construction is connected with some risk.

Aufgrund von Anfragen für die neue Karte sind wir zu einer Entscheidung zwecks des Bau’s von Gebäuden gekommen. Jede Gruppierung darf bereits jetzt „Besitzrechte“ für Gebäude auf der neuen Karte erwerben unter folgenden Bedingungen:
- Grundbetrag sind je nach Größe des Gebäudes mindestens 500 Goldbarren
- Es steht noch nicht fest wann die neue Karte kommt und wann ein Gebäude gebaut wird. Wir werden Beschwerden über „Warum hat Gilde/Gruppe X schon ein Gebäude und ich noch keines!“ einfach ignorieren, ihr wusstet hiermit schon vorher bescheid.
- Der Staff behält sich vor Gebäude die länger als 2 Monate nicht in Benutzung sind, ohne Ersatz, wieder einzureissen, oder anderen Gruppen/Personen zuzusprechen. (Beispiele aus der Vergangenheit haben gezeigt das Gebäude nach dem Bau meist nicht sonderlich lange aktiv genutzt werden, dann nur noch in der Landschaft herum stehen.)
- Der Staff behält sich vor monatliche IG Gebühren, in noch nicht bestimmter Höhe, für Gebäude zu erheben.
- Der Staff behält sich vor das Bauen von Gebäuden auch auf RP-weise ausspielen zu lassen und ggf. weitere Gebühren für den Bau zu erheben.
Überlegt euch somit genau ob ihr diese Möglichkeit nutzen wollt. Wir sind nicht länger gewillt einfach Gebäude zu setzen die dann einfach verkommen. Ausserdem soll dies keine Möglichkeit sein einfach sein Geld in Immobilien an zu legen, so ein Bau ist mit einen gewissen Risiko behaftet.
