It is not my decision, but there is a very high probabilty that you will not receive the test. The name of your character could be rejected by Arien. Reason: Suomi is the name of a land (in english, it is called "Finland", it is in northern europe).
The account work is done by Arien Edhel, so Arien decides if a name fits the name rules or not. If you don't receive an email for some days, I suggest to create a new character with a different name and apply with this name.
