I'm suffering from quite debilitating bug, which is happening entirely consistently. It wasn't happening earlier today but now every time I log on I can't use any item with any other item.
I can still use items singly (for example I can pick an apple by shift clicking an apple tree) but attempts to use two items in my inventory, or an inventory item with the landscape (be it a tree, a flower or the bare earth) simply do nothing. I can still fight NPCs and trade with Eliza. When a PC logs on I'll let you know if I can react normally to them.

Possibly linked is the fact that every apple I pick now contains a worm.

Has Naybet simply been cursed by the Gods of Illarion?

The errors you encounter are due to a massive update. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Some things were not tested before, so bug reports are appreciated.

Right I've done a little testing and the things I can use are:

Use NPC with item, tested with:
Sell to Eliza
Shear sheep

Use landscape item alone, tested with:
Pick an apple (it tells me I find a worm, but I still get the apple)
Pick a cherry
Open the depot
Bizarrely, picking a grape takes it from the vine but it doesn't arrive in my inventory.

Use inventory item alone, tested with:
Eating a variety of foods

Things I can't do:

Use two inventory items with each other, tested with:
Using scissors with insides

Use an inventory item with the world, tested with:
Fishing
Herb gathering with a sickle
Placing a camp fire

Use an inventory item with a world item, tested with:
Glass blowing
Tree felling

Use an NPC with myself, tested with:
Buying from Sam

Use a world item with myself, tested with:
Herb gathering by muckraking

Convince Eliza to propose to Sam, tested with:
Persuasive dialog.

I might have missed a couple of things but I hope this breakdown helps the coders track things down. Everything apart from 'using' actions seems to work although my character doesn't have any magical abilities so I can't test those.

I think you can still buy from Sam, since you only need to click him. You do not have to use him with yourself Naybet. But test it for me please .

I'm afraid Sam isn't selling to me no matter what key combinations I try.

And he refuses to even look at Eliza. Matchmaking isn't easy with NPCs.

Sam isn't into lizards. That's why Eliza employed him to begin with. She was sick of all the lizard males staring at her ... eh... tail.

Is it still so that you might pick an apple with a worm in it?
Cause I picked five apples without a message... But I don't like apples with worms in them anyway so it's ok..

Whoo! I can pick apples safely again too. Nothing else seems to be working again just yet but so long as talking and emoting works who needs the rest anyway?

Eh, well I had most of the errors Naybet had and I had others too like not being able to grill raw meat... I haven't tried making cloth but I suspect it not to work either..

- Wasserholen geht nicht
- Einige Nahrungsmittel funktionieren nicht (Brote und Sattmacher sättigen nicht, äpfel und zwiebeln scheinen die einzigen sachen zu sein, die funktionieren))
- Das Suchen der "neuen" Kräuter geht nicht
- Feuermachen geht nicht
- Sam verweigert auch noch seinen Dienst
- Beim Pflücken von Weintrauben verschwinden diese

Not everything works still.

You cannot set campfires.

All bugs should be solved by now. Feel free to test everything and report anything that's unusual.

Schick mir mal per PM, wie man die neuen Kräuter sucht
Genau genommen, welche Items man mit was benutzen muss bzw. welche Orte. Das erleichtert die Fehlersuche ungemein.

Und bitte nicht hier posten, wie es geht, soll ja weiter ein Geheimnis für Leute wie mich bleiben

Bäume pflanzen geht nicht.
Und beim Ausschütten der Eimer ist ein Fehler im Text. Da kommt: "platsch" und dann ein Enter. Dadurch hat man immer Leerzeilen in seinem Text drin.

You can't tailor, I have the thread the needle in my hand and the cloth/leather, but it won't let me come to the tailor screen

Glassblowing doesn't work, this morning whn I woke up it isn't. Library shelves can't be accessed, oh joy. Carpentry? Wasn't working last night when you try to make branches or shields out from logs, (menu not showing). Erm... that would be most of what I've encountered.

You can't summon runestone guardians..

Tree planting also appears not to work although I can't be sure its not my character's ineptness.

Mirrors won't work either.

How's it going I noticed recently that you now can smoke ham again.

Bäume pflanzen (Apfel, Kirsche, Tanne) geht noch nicht.

I was able to summon a runeguard earlier, but then when I attempted to summon another, no luck. It may have been fixed, but I broke it again.

I suppose it's a good thing, though. Once I get this rune, I'll be able to cast ice flames, and then break the whole server rather than just the runestones.

Die Tür zur Burg mag mich nicht mehr. Es scheint am Schlüßel zu liegen, denn dieser lässt sich auch zu nichts anderem mehr verwenden.
