i suggest the following: 1. special potions to alter the stats/attributes for a limited time; 2. having an actual wind element to affect arrows (veering off course); 3. using actual weight to craft something.
1. the special potions would of course be made by the druids. (i believe i said this in another topic..) and the skill of the druid affects the length and strength of the potion.
{a weak skilled strength potion druid may make a strength potion that adds 1 point to strength and lasts for 10 seconds} {a strong skilled strength potion druid may make one that adds 10 to strength and lasts for 2 minutes}
2. arrows seem to always hit. but arrows should be affected by wind a whole lot more than melee weapons. there should be a wind element and archers should be able to shoot at a specified tile. then the wind may blow the arrow to the target. and there will be strength and direction of the wind.
3. at the moment, the crafted items and the required materials dont seem to have the same weight. and the materials arent all used. lets take a regular bow for example. it is heavier than 5 arrows. but they use the same amount of wood. and the bow should require some twine or string for the place where the archer pulls the arrow back. so if 5 arrows take one "logs of wood", i think a bow may take two "logs of wood" + "yarn". i suggest the same for the smithing. a full plate armour is way heavier than a sewing needle. but they use the same amount of iorn ore right now. i suggest 100 iron ore be used for the full plate armour and 1 iron ore be used for the needle.
These are just my ideas. they are not completely discussed, but i assume you, whoever is reading this. understands what i am proposing.
