One of my char's (Not Rand) has lost a few items to the Gaurdians of the Runestones..... is it because he is too new? or something like this? I offered the item.. it was takin... and... no rune! please help.

Could have something to do with items your character was wearing.
Certain things do interfere with the process. You still lose the offering but dont get the rune.

Its a bug... PM a GM beg for mercy. But unless you report it close to the sacriface, i doubt much can be done.

That happened to me four or five times with persephonie even with an ice bird, and no i didnt have any items i couldnt have with me all i ever carried was potions all the staves and um the items needed for the sacrifice
