i requested a charecter several hours ago (and yes i made it in the charecter sheet thing first) and i still havent been e-mailed 2 about it. Dose that meen that it hasnt been accepted, or that it just hasnt been looked at yet? the game looks real fun, and i would like to play soon

Several hours is not much. Just wait a little longer. It usually takes some more time for it to get processed. Take your time, sighsss..Patience is a virtue.

Not to discourage you, but most of us waited days or weeks for our accounts to get accepted ^^. All of the account acceptance is done by hand, and while this seems like a tedious thing to do, it's what whittles out a lot of the bad RP junk that we wouldn't want here in the first place. As said previously..... Patience is a virtue . Plus, this wait will be well worth it.

Ok, I'm going to give you a little advice. You're spelling and grammar are terrible. I know you might make typos, and English may not be your first language, but...please, improve it.

Second, don't use abbreviations like 'c ya'. It just tends to annoy people.

Third, people who are fans of runescape are not really liked around here. It's seen as a pretty bad game, which is also full of stupid people.

I'll keep that in mind..... (I wouldnt realy call me a "fan" of runescape, I mainly just play it 2 pass time, like i just said). And whats wrong with my spelling and grammar? English is my first language, i just can't type all that well. Anyways, you should see some other people i know of.... Not prety

You can type if you slow down, I'm sure all the letters are on your keyboard. Also, your name isen't very original, you stole from a great PSX RPG.

Plus, playing runescape doesen't help much.

I really think you guys are being to hard on the guy, I agree that RS is a horrible game and all but that dosnt mean just cuz he plays it he is a die hard fan and thinks its the best in the world. He could think it sucks and only plays
it because he has nothing better to do, and maybe he can help it if he has bad grammer or spelling. Some people just suck at spelling for one reson or another. Fo Example me I am a some what slow reader but I get it down I guess I am a lil slow all togather ppl say I have ADD but I think That whole thing is a bunch of Crap and I suck at spelling hell I couldnt spell to save my life, I try my best with gramer and spelling but it isnt always good and I cant always spell word correct..... so just ease up on the guy

well, maybe the ppl on rs are a little less advanced as far as role playing and other things, but atleast they dont just take a look at the way he types and what MMORGs he plays and automaticly decide that hes rubish!
and im perfectly aware that i took my name from a psx game, who cares? not me so u can just shutup and hope i dont see you in-game.

Who cares? Illarion does. You should as well if you want to play. One name rule is basically that your name must be completely original. The only reason you might see a "stolen" name on Illarion is probably because those came before the name account system. Otherwise, you don't really have an excuse. Go ahead and..... read the other name rules... while you're at it... *nudge nudge*.

As a last note, I know some of us can be harsh bastards to newcomers, but please don't be a bastard back. Everyone will truly appreciate you better if you don't.

I must say condemning someone based on what other games they play is harsh. RuneScape is a perfectly fine way to kill time. Its not an RPG and given the seeming lack of meaningful player interaction its not much of a multiplayer game. But that doesn't mean you can't enjoy playing it and an RPG like Illarion.

But on the other hand you must also accept that Illarion-Players do not like RuneScape because of exactly these points.
And with that in mind you surely understand why they are very sceptical about the players of this game aswell.
We all here play /-ed other games, may it be World of Warcraft, Tibia, Dransik or the named RuneScape, but we all come back here to our little sheltered place of roleplaying.
And since we know how these games are played, we eye everybody carefuly who says he plays games where the majority of players belives that typing numbers within words would make them sound cool.

uhhhh, ya. look, is the fact that i forgot to put a player description on the creat new charecter deal gonna end up in the charecter being deleted or something? cause if so then i'll just go and make a diferent one.... and sorry if i seem like an inexperienced role-player because this is my first actual MMORPG to play (since it looks like runescape dosent realy count as one) so, ya. bye.
