Just a quick question about the current combat system,
Do you suffer any penalty for being attacked or in turn attacking while runing away. I have noticed if i click a target attack and then turn my back and "run", I will still attack and be attacked in turn if the target gets into range.
No my question is there any penalty for attacking from behind, or being attacked in the back?
The back stabb is a popular tatic in many fantasy games, so i thouhgt to check.
I personally dont think it should be implemented if it is not as it would be crippeling to mages and make it the favorite openning #me

There is no bonus for attacking a target from behind in the current system, as far as I know.

The attack command weights more then movement commands, so if you still have selected a target to attack for your character and this target is in striking range of your weapon, you will execute the attack before you move.
And because there is a delay for any other action after an attack of your charcter you will not get away that easily.

If you want to flee, deselect the opponent and then try to get away.
