Kriegserklärung- declaration of war

by Djironnyma

As two of the three elders of the elves, Djironnyma and I Moathia Nethiala, declare the elven support of the Knight of the Grey Rose and the guards of Trollsbane, we will withdraw our sppurt if the orcs surrender Misjbar the cursed to us, and release Gwynether Von Glanwen.

As third elder of the elves who has not been informed abut this, i must throw in that it is not a wise choice to interfere with problems which may be about to solve themselves.

O elvenkin, O wise elders!
Arrow will fly, sword will be drawn. Elves never won their battles by pure force, but our superior mind will defeat the servants of the nameless.
No haste, O brothers and sisters, for our sharpest blade is patience and our best bow is our brain.

Damien,
As wise as you are, it was you the put Djiron and I forward as elders, and we are not going to let Misjbar run freely around the land once again, he is a master of decpetion, and we must stop him, he was seen fighting with the Bloodskulls yesterday, therefore, if they surrdender him to us, we will return to neutrility, Misjbar, if you read this, you brought this on by returning and attempting to fight us.

I agree in the point with Misjbar the hasty-minded, but to declare war to the bloodskulls is a very hasty solution to this.
However it is, it is said that Gwynnether is being treated well and friendly by the bloodskulls. As long as she is nt threatened, i see no point in declaring war to them, especially since they are very weakened since their last clash against the town in trying to get Kaja Wofagen free.
However, the actual Situation, with Kaja and Gwynnether kept imprisoned on both sides, seems to cool down. The parties start to talk and deal with each other instead of drawing their swords. It could be a bad choice to heat up the fire you want to be extinguished.

I still do not see what you are fighting for Chief Veralion.
Your tribe raids the town nearly weekly, do you fight for gold?
Your tribe attacks the town after we send you a message that we would release Kaja if you would stand down, do you fight for blood?
Your tribe kidnaps the woman who tried her best to free Kaja was mostly trying to help you, do you fight for fun?
Tell me what you are fighting for Cheif Veralion because you have not shown me what you are fighting for.

I'm not owned by the chief of the Skulls dear Moathia. Even though it is tempting to join such a promising group, I prefer to stay alone. Although, I'm curious about the fact, that Djironnyma himself wounded me rather greatly. Why does he care for my capturing? Or whatever you wish to do with me.
Anyhow, if we are on it anyway, I still wish my twohanded sword back dear Djironnyma. So if you please?

The skulls have declared Misjbar a non member of thier group, and will in agreement with Veralion not give shelter in thier cave, and no Bloodskull member will be found aiding Misjbar. Therefore, when the freedom of Gywnnether is confirmed the elves will withdraw from any hostile actions.
Misjbar, give yourself up the easy way and avoid your unnecccisary bloodshed, the elders may even go easy one you.

Fine, I do not care. Just tell me one thing. What do you intend to do with me? I really must ask. Death is not an option.

Oh yes, the wise elves. Finally they understood what I prayed to them for a long time. I remember the days I warned them and warned all peoples, warned them of the danger of Misjbar. I remember the days when they didn't believe me, when they just thought a dwarf like me know nothing about that all. Look now, now they understood it, the wise elves. They understood it so many month after I told them about it.
Yes yes, the wise elves. Needed month for a thought a simple dwarf like me had so long before them.
Perhaps the wise elves will believe my words more often in the future. Perhaps the wise elves will learn from their failures of the past. That would be...well... very wise, wouldn't it?

Galim, you are a good person, and I thought you to be above such a pathetic level pettyness, not all the elves trusted or believed in Misjbar, I fought to keep him out of power, and eventually the gods aided me in my battles, however Misjbar's words can sound sweet to those who have calm minds, you have made mistakes before Galim, yes we elves may be wise, but that does not stop us from making mistakes.

Misjbar was closely watched since he promised to change.
You will understand that we were unable to banish him from somewhere, since our community does not have what you may call "home". Not yet.
This war declaration was unnecessary, but i highly appreciate the role Elder Moathia seemed to have played during the negotiations.

I for one Damien, cannot believe that this war has come. I thought mister conservative, meaning you Damien, would not ever let this happen. Oh well, I still see lovely changes within the elven community.
Like this sudden eagerness of Moathia, to join this war. Maybe she has selfinterest. Oh well, one can never know, unless you observe her as you did me. Bjolmur stand by me, that was hard. I even touched an orc, I'm shuddering as I speak.
Well, Damien, you wish me good do you? Then I would like to talk to you, if you do not mind. You know I'm not really a threat to you, so this could go all as planned. Just a nice little conversation between an elf, and former elf, with elvish manners still. If you wish for wine, please say so. And then we can discuss some things. Who knows, I might even feel like helping out in some minor business.

Minor business ? How can i obviously meet a person who did act agressive against elves - excuse me for not placing the word "other" here - from his own bad intentions only ?
You will not find me doing acts of stupidity easily. You have mentioned the name of the poison tongue - when we meet, you will find me well prepared for the talk.
Back when you left, the council saw you as already puished. All your other actions since then are seen as your own responsibility. If you have chosen your path, so may it be - i am not the one trying to change your ways at all costs. Everyone chooses his own path, and i cannot wine for everyone wasting his once eternal life in exchange for a short illusion of mortal power. Your time is now limited, as will be the time i can use for you.
