Do you want more different kinds of monsters or a greater number of existing monsters?

i think you need also a few much strnger monsters because if you play a few time no monster can beat you. So if you dont fight against other players there are no risk.

I think the game is not about to kill as much monsters as possible. It's better to have good roleplay, for example a good smith who doesn't know anything about fighting or killing someone. So you won't need any more monsters. The game is not for players who are only interested in raising their fighting skills but it's for player who play a good role. This could be a warrior who often fights against monsters but also talks much to other people and isn't only intrested in his own killing abilities.

Well, as to Blackhorizon's comment, I was thinking of a possible interesting addition that could be made challenging...

I was thinking, maybe if a monster was made, a rather powerful one, and placed in a cave... (ok, I realize this doesn't sound very original, but I'm getting to the interesting part)... And this monster had the potential to drop something really great. I'm not sure what it should be, but something fantastic. However, whenever a person enters this cave their skills slowly (or maybe even not so slowly) go down. A 'Cave of Forgetfulness' of sorts.

I hardly expect anything to come from this, or even that this is implementable, but it's fun to toss around ideas, and you never know...

well why not have a cave where you slowly loose health and mana and the monster in the cave was a vampire that grabs you and makes it impossible too move and the he sucks blood from youre neek then you become a vampire and also new abilites blodsuking abilites and a new player and computer race vampire but the computer vampires should not attack an other vampire if not i gets attacked first but i you should not loose health in there if youre an vampire because the reason you loose health is that small bats attack you maybe evry 20 sec

I have thought of this some time and I must say, that not the monsters are weak, but the players are too strong! Everything got its solution with violence in Illarion! This is nonsense! People should be able to play without a single fight (a fight with sharp weapons of course). People only care of slaughtering monsters, killing thiefs or train in town. I really don't wonder that so many players stopped playing with this Community!

(This is a bit Off-Topic, but I hope you got the point)

Ralgar, ask Drakhen, askathuul or some other monster like that to duel with you.
