The Varshikar Bakery is now open
Specialty Apple Pies available now. (limited availability - order early to avoid disappointment)
This is an open air bakery. Cooking in the clear crisp mountain air.
We use the finest Apples from the Willowbrook Forest.
Grain grown in the rich farmland of Varshikar. Fed with a mushroom compost to improve the crop.
The pies are baked over a fire of apple wood for extra taste and aroma.
