Evil roleplay

How can you do evil roleplay without killing newbies over and over?
Here are a few examples of how you can do it:
1. Kidnapping: Gather a bunch of people around you and plan the kidnapping of a guild leader. This could happen in several stages, like: "A planning meeting", "the trap", "Demandments to the guild", "the rescue mission", "a final battle".
Each of these stages could be introduced or described with a little IN-GAME story on the RPG board. To act this setting appropriate, you must get the guild leader to help you (so he follows your people, after they captured him). I guess some guild leaders (like Damien) will have fun to take part in that.
2. Trespassing: Select an often used path (for instance between a dungeon and the city on a bridge). Hide there behind a tree (or plant a grain field to hide in
).
When some character approches the bridge, move towards him with your men and block the bridge. Pretend you are one of the kings man, who is supposed to collect a bridge toll. Don't forget to block the bridge from the other side with some men, if he tries to flee...
If the person figures out a creative way to flee, give him the chance!
3. Blackmailing: Send blackmail letters to some rich people, like tavern keepers or guilds. Threaten them for a while on the RPG board or in game, and try to get some money out of them.
4. Bar room brawls: If you aren't the "big boss criminal", but only an "unimportant" part of the criminal community, try to start a communication with someone in a bar. Drink much, and try to find some reason in his speech to get angry. Start a word-fight that might lead to a fist fight later.
5. Intrigues and guild wars: Try to spy out other guilds, feed them with missinformation about their own members or actions. Try to force a war between two guilds, that are your enemies to weaken both and get stronger yourself.
This is IMHO the finest and subtilest way of evil roleplay. It could initiate in game action for month.
During all this, make use of the RPG board, to inform people what is happening, in case they want to take part. Make this information "in character" (look in the FAQ if you don't know this term). In the game make heavy use of the #me command (like #me handcuffs the victim).
Don't get frustrated if people don't react on your roleplay. Try again with other people. Some will play your game and its worth waiting for them. For larger actions, try to find some people to take part in before you start it.
If some of these will be big actions, you can get the help of an GM. He could close a path through the mountains with rocks, that some of your people push down from above in a trap, for instance)
