Rand comes back to town after being critisized for cutting trees and walks over to his depot. He notices the door to the tavern is closed and he takes a walk over to the wall.
On a small peice of paper he writes:

Mr. Tavern Manager,
I wish to know the meaning of the locking of your tavern. If you could send me a dove as to why you have closed my favorite building, it would be appreciated.

Rackere comes up the street to have a watch for the tavern door to be open again. He grumbles as he sees the door still closet. Before turning he reads Rand's post. Fast, he writes an answer.

He tavern is closed for renovation. I think they should work faster, I want my beer!

Chak' Ysshir enters the town through the south gate with some wounds. He stops by the depot, opens it and gets an empty bottle.

Hmmm...

He looks to the tavern's door and sees a paper. He reads it.

Fine...
No wine for me today...
...

He starts to walk away.

I think I'll buy sssome bandagesss then...

Hopefully this renovation will create a new surge in the tavern.
