Account problem

OK first time my stuff was rejected no big deal all I have to do is tell them I'll try again and email them. That's all right until the thing won't let me send the email for the char account!!! I've spelt the name right, used the right password(correctly spelled) and my email adress and it still says you must use the same information as you put in the char creation.
Can some one help?

How many letters does your password contain? If there are more than nine, then the form on the website won't accept it. If this is the case, then entering the first nine letters should do the trick.

Is your password longer then nine characters? If yes then only enter the first nine.
