I first must apologies for this question as I"m sure it appears somewhere else in these forums. I've spent the last hour fishing through post trying to correct this problem on my own. I have had no luck tracking down the fix and have attempted every suggestion that has been posted.
I'm not sure how to the fix the problem and would appreciate any help that I might recieve. I am an advid RP'er and have been RPing for around 10 years in many diffrent venues.

I can't seem to create a charracter. I have reinstalled and removed the game several times thinking it might be something to do wiht the D/L. This hasn't been the case. The initial creation box loads and I fill it all out, even adding a lenghty description. I've tried several diffrent combonations but that hasn't changed a thing. When I hit 'Create' button I get a moment of nothing followed by a white screen.
If anyone can help me fix this problem I'd be very thankful.

I like the idea of a RP questionare coming out before someone is approved to enter the world. I'm so tired of tring to RP in MMORPG's with LEETERS and DEWD's. I await your help patiently

Hello and welcome to Illarion. This problem, or something very similar to it occurs from time to time. Try creating a character on another computer. If you cannot access another, PM a GM with character details, and they will create one for you.

I don't have access to another machine, but I will attempt to PM a GM. First step is figuring that out. Thanks again for the help.

Try PMing Arien. He seems to be most involved in accounts. Be warned, he is exceptionally busy, so he mightn't get around to answering right away.

I understand completly. Being involved in MMRPGs for some time and I know that a game of this magnitude whould take alot of attention. Thanks again.

Only for sure, you were online, when you created the char?
It only works, if it can connect to the server.

Yeah, if you have a firewall that might stop the client accessing the internet, then you may want to try disabling it, or setting Illarion as an allowed program.
