All groups who want to found and join a Northerot-Settlement, have the opportunity to repair ONE of the small buildings.

This is the procedure :

Answer in this post which of the buildings you choose. You need to have at least 4 players, each with one character, to work on one building. The complete reconstruction costs are 5 ingots per building square. Only the SMALL buildings can be done NOW. Post Member lists and contact characters here.

---

Character - Karmane.

I want to participate in repair of the longer small building, the one with the smithey and the glass blowing oven.

Are any modifications to the building welcome? I'd like to redo it a bit.

WHEW! ive discovered everything is working again. i thank the staff on a job well done at recoving.
But back to this topic.
Damien, I still do not understand how or why this sort of topic is anywhere on these boards. For one, the skulls still lay claim to the lands and are making progress. And another thing is, how you say that the GM's will take no side. When here on this thread, you seem to be rallying a group together to rebuild the north.
In my opinion, i just feel that this sort of thing shouldnt be posted unless events in game can support it. (example- the people wanting to rebuild did control the lands) It just seems a bit odd, and a bit un-fair to those already with the new land. Basically, Im just asking for an explaination of what is going on, and id just like you to see it like this, even if you do have good intensions for whatever.
Also,I have not been able to contact a GM besides you, and you told me you had nothing to do with in game work. (possibly there was a shift change of job assignments, or maybe i misunderstood or vis-versa. if so, i appologize.) thank you
P.O. Vera

I am unsure of a house in northerot but I would like to construct a house. Note that I do understand the extreem price and I am aware that I have not the gold but I still would like to know the price and even if it is possible.

Read the first post for the other stuff carefully, though.
Damien included alot of important details.

You really should read what Damien has posted, okay ?

Only the three little houses can be repaired as long you are a member of a larger group with the intresst in restoring a community there.

One thing. This land isn't the Land of the Skulls! You know it, veralion. You have your land in the west of the castle and that's enough. The castle and the northern eastland isn't yours.

This is pretty discussable,
considering my Character never bought any land, but set food on it and said in tibia-ish manner: "Mine !".

During his last days he gave the Bloodskulls a part of "his" land, the western parts, for thier loyal service to him.
He regret that pretty fast afterwards.
Never give a little child your little finger, it wants the whole hand.

So looking at this, I would say nobody there owns anything right now.
Its just a matter of holding what has been stolen elsewhere. ;)

I think Veralion is on leave from Illarion right now. However the Skulls claimed the territory. I think Arist worked something out with them, but if he didn't you might have some nasty conflicts. Its all IG stuff anyway. There is really no reason to talk about it here. Maybe the orcs will kill the workers, who knows.

So, we only have this one, single group of considerable size ? No others ?

Well then...it looks as if there will be no negotiating...
if youd like to battle for the castle and eastlands, then bring the fight!
