Here's a little idea that I have. Why not put little "thought bubbles" above a players head with a graphic of what a person is doing in them. For example, when a person is mining, put a shovel in the bubble, or when a person is smithing, put a hammer in the bubble, etc, etc, etc... This would be better for the players because we would know what other people are doing and it would give greater atmosphere to the game because it wouldn't look like people are just standing around when they actually are doing work.
Anyways, just a thought, tell me what you think!!

Listen to the sounds, in RL there are no thought bubbles

It would only put lag on the server and make a big fuss for the graphics designers and programmers.  I think the sounds are good enough.

just wondering, did you get that idea from a game called Runescape?

I just find it hard to hear the sounds and it is also kinda hard to identify the person that is performing the action. But, if it would cause lag I guess it wouldn't be worth it! (And yes I was an original player of Runescape, before it became popular).
