Illarion.org

I seem to be having trouble even before I can sign up. Now, I downloaded Illurion and all the stuff I need to run it and it does run. I even opened it and created a character and it said my chara was created. Yay. Then I return to the Illarion site and click the "Account request" link and go to that page so I can get my account.

I enter my character's name, the password, and the valid e-mail I use. And what happens? I get some page saying "Mistake!" and that the "Character name, password and email address must be the same like the data you used at the creation of your char with the client!" I don't understand it because I entered exactly what I did in the character creation thing.

What did I do wrong? I even made a quick second character thinking my first was corrupt, but the second doesn't work neither. Hoo boy =/

Nine (9) is the max, everything else does not work.
Enter the first 9 letters/numbers of your password and it works.
