Yesterday I requested an additional character to my account. And today I am getting blackness.

I was wondering if the server is down or if it indeed is an error to my account.

To create my second character I entered my original char name and password and clicked the create new button, next I did the attributes and naming and I created it and all went well, then I went to website and I put in my request to add a character and the game loaded fine afterwards. But, today I'm getting blackness. Any ideas?

Even though you add a character it also still takes time. Some of my characters added took around three weeks.
