Behavoir of Lizardmen?

Ok if u wont help me with that, then can u at least tell me what the behavoir of a lizardman is? I mean are they as ruthless as orcs, or do they only kill when needed? Please just tell me that because I don't know how they act!

How do you imagine a Lizardman from the informations given you in the text?
Thats one of the main points of this test.
