I was thinking maybe a way to shift click or something to get a description like Shardon is slightly wounded. We wouldnt get exact counts but normally people can see if someone is near death right?

if i see a guy bleeding alot and he have lost his arm...
i would come to the conclution that he's wounded...
but there's no way to tell on illarion... thats too bad
