---
Here is the bill of indictment:
Hello, today I was in the shop looking through my depot when a man by the name of Kasume proceeded to throw his staved around. He was trying to show them off, or something of the sort. I was looking in my depot when suddenly he goes next to me and accuses me of stealing one of his staves! I tell him I didn't, but he then proceeds to push me against a wall. He then killed me without warning in town! Once I was revived I limped back to the town to try and get one of my potions so I could feel better before I rested, and he comes AGAIN saying my death was an accident, and then threatens to push me into a nearby fire! This is when a woman stops him. I forgot what she looked like, but she saw the fire incident. A dwarf by the name of Uloim Ironhammer saw this Kasume as well, and he believes he is unstable as well. I hope this will be dealt with.
Signed,
Elraldur Vaoric

Hello again Lyrenzia.
Unfortunatly, this elf has a bit of mis-understanding. A lot of mis-understanding infact.
I was showing my staves to Thomas Weathergood. A good friend of mine might I add. I put one of my staves down to rummage through my depot only for a short period of time. Mostly because I couldn't just throw it into my shirt. When I lifted my head from my depot, it was gone. No trace of it. The only one that was near enough to had taken it in the amount of time given was none other than Elraldur Vaoric.
Although time was given to him, he did not necessarily put the staff in his bag or depot. From what I saw, I suspected him to have thrown it out the nearby window. Although, it not come to mind after the incident. Obviously, it was close and a staff of its size would not be hard to throw such a short distance, through such a large opening.
Yes, I did grow a bit angry with the elf. But, since it was my first time even laying eyes on the elf, I decided to take the situation a bit kindly and rational. I did raise my voice at the elf to make him know I was being serious about the matter of theft, but he continued to say he did nothing. With only a small grunt from me and a dasterly look by Weathergood, I left the Tavern. Weathergood stayed in the tavern. Weathergood informed me of this, through talk. Apparently, as soon as I left the sight, Elraldur Vaoric runs to his heart's content to the back of the shoppe. My guess, is that he ran into the mid section of the shop to pick the staff up. Weathergood knows no more because of his absence afterwards to come tell me.
Now, why would the elf press charges on me for "murdering" him when he stole an item of mine. Simple, in a desperate chance to make me look horrible and save himself from jail time and bad records, he makes up a stupid story of me "throwing" him into a fire and sending him to the town cross. His story, just seems a bit strange and awkward.
Uliom was actually never there when my staff was stolen, or tossed. He was only prior the situation. Although, when speaking with him, I was just teasing around a bit. In the past, I was desperate for a certain item. I have now grown out of it and I tease about my past obssessions. I apologize if it affected Uliom negatively in any way.
The staff, is of very little importance to me. Just a walking stick that I bought for a couple of coins is all the matter. Yet, it was the principle of the thing that made me angry. I do not press any charges for it now, fore I have gotten over my anger towards the elf.
If you need anymore information about my veiw you can goto
To the Town. It's the topic that this elf made to promote his side. He tried to get to the problem before I did. Although, since my lose was so little, I was never originally planning to press charges against him.
Thank you for reading,
-Kasume-

Dear Lyrenzia,
I, Uloim Ironhammer am no witness of this crime. What Elraldur meant was that I have also seen this crazy Kasume character go wild. If ye ask meh for the story of what happened with Kasume and meh, then I will write it, but I will only do it if someone asks. for I do not wish to confuse people because meh story is a whole other story.
So please, remove meh from the witness list and add "An unknown human woman". Perhaps she will see this and help Elraldur out in this case.
Before I leave this topic for Elraldur and Kasume to settle this, I have to say a few things for ye to know,
#1. Kasume is a crazy minded human. He threatened meh and pushed meh around so I would give him a certain necklace.
#2. Tom Weathergood is a liar who will help Kasume win this case (which he should not, for he is a crazy minded killer). Do not listen to his nonsense.
#3. Elraldur is a good friend of meh. He would not lie about a thing like this, especially if it is over a simple staff!
I have done all that I can for this, until someone asks meh to tell meh story of when Kasume went crazy at meh just because he wanted a necklace. I hope the case goes well. May Kasume rot in jail.
Sincerely,
Uloim Ironhammer

After looking through Kasume's post on this matter I have found something interesting.
This is what Kasume wrote here:
Kasume wrote:Weathergood knows no more because of his absence afterwards to come tell me.
T
his is what Thomas Weathergood wrote in the other topic:
Tom Weathergood ((Paul Laffing)) wrote:This is an out right lie. I witnessed the whole thing. This elf here stole Kasume's staff and ran with it. I have no tolerance for thieves.
~Thomas Weathergood~
Kasume said Tom Weathergood was not there the whole time, yet Tom said he was. Who is lying here? Just more proof that they are BOTH lying about what happened.
Sincerely,
Uloim Ironhammer

As you can see from what Uloim has posted Kasume and his friend have been lying since the beginning.
You acted rational and "kindly" Kasume? You shoved me against the wall, and then after I told you I did not have your staff you proceeded to kill me! I imagine if we go back to the place where I was killed we will see blood stains. Surely Eliza heard my body thump against the floor as I was killed. SURELY Eliza or the human saw me exit as a ghost. Another thing Kasume. We were in the shop. Not the tavern. You are lying again it seems. As you stated before in the orginal message I left you agreed we were in the shop. Now your saying were in the tavern? It seems you are getting confused with your lies. Why would I press charges Kasume? If I was really this thief you claim me to be I would be gone by now. You already stated you're staff means nothing so I wouldn't be worried about my criminal record. The point is I would have no use in pressing charges. This would be much easier if you admitted to killing me, Kasume. Another note: I do not need a simple staff that a human owns. I have my own staff that was given to me from a close friend. I hope you all see through this mans pitiful attempt to cover up his crime.
Thanks,
Elraldur Vaoric

I also witnessed a bit of this, but not the murder. I can also say that Kasume would do a thing like this. Just before this incident happened, Kasume went 'crazy' at me too.
I remember it like this:
I entered the shop and walked to the left towards Eliza and Sam, the two merchants. I put one of my books back in my depot. When I looked up, a man (Kasume) was there. I saw Kasume a few days before up north and he was chasing me for a long time, trying to get my Ice Bird Amulet from me, probably because he wanted to learn a certain rune. I did not recognise him. Kasume asked me who I was, and I told him. He remembered my name and told me he wanted the necklace. He followed me around the depot when Elraldur came in. He was leaning on a red staff, a staff which I wanted badly. I wanted to know if I could borrow it for a while, and Elraldur said it was okay. By then another man (Tom Weathergood) entered the shop. When Elraldur gave me his staff to borrow, Kasume told him that I make chairs, and I would make the staff into a chair. Kasume obviously knows nothing of carpentry. Such a staff would barely be enough to make the four legs of the chair. Tom Weathergood said he had a similar staff for sale, one that 'the great Muten Roshi' made. I did not care because I did not permanently need the staff, I would rather just borrow one. Kasume told Tom Weathergood that he would buy the staff for fifty gold, and for some strange reason, he called Tom Weathergood ''Paul''. Perhaps it was an accident, but no one said anything. Before I left, Kasume said he had a staff too, and he put it on the ground next to him as he looked through his depot. I did not need another staff so I turned away. As I left, I heard Kasume shout at Elraldur. All I heard as I left was Kasume saying "Hey! Bastard! Give it back, elf!!". I did not care about this, so I left.
That is all I saw and heard. I hope it helped.

As you can see Kasume is again lying.
Yes, I did grow a bit angry with the elf. But, since it was my first time even laying eyes on the elf, I decided to take the situation a bit kindly and rational.
Kasume handled it rational and kindly? I think not. I was shoved against a wall and killed. Kasume handled his misunderstanding in a brutal and barbaric way INSIDE the town.

You call a person to be a witness who wasn't even there? They also happen to be your best friend? That seems at least a bit suspicious.
By witnessed the whole thing, I meant that I witnessed the theft. I was gone for a little bit after it, but soon returned. Want to twist my words a little bit more?

The trial is not valid anymore.
The accusation contains murder, and there is no witness for that.
According to Lyrenzia laws the trial is to be ceased.
