heal spell?

I believe something is wrong with one of my characters, healing spells. It dosen't seem to work. I know about the types of armor allowed to wear while casting and all, and other spells still work with that char. When i cast healing no manna is used, it makes that hissing noise and no health is restored.

i get the same thing with one of my charectors.....i tried witout armor too

my character too. healing spell don't heal anything. noone i met can heal with his speal anything. and some of them are really good in it.
