Set it so the powergame rule is in effect for like a certain amount of time.  so that it wont be impossible for us to die because we accidently casted on self rather then the scropion beside you.  I done that about twice today and lost a bit of skills...  Maybe one cast on self every 5 sec or so.  So that ppl still cant really train on self, but at least they dont die when they accidently hit themself...

When I accidently shoot a bullet in my head I die too. Thats the risk of handling weapons - or handling magic.

Bror, In a recent topic on the main board titled "About the rules so far" you made a statement saying "The possibility of casting spells on yourself has been removed to stop this kind of powergaming without the need of punishing each player manualy." I had thought this means its no longer possible to actually cast offensive spells on yourself doesn't it?

Uhm... we get a lot of wrong info from both the admins and the newsletters sometimes, Dyluck.
Dont exactly trust everything you hear.
I have a newsletter proving that there is skill drop over time, even though Bror insists there isn't.
If you have any more to say about THAT, Bror, I can prove you wrong by sending it to you.

I think there was a time, when your skills dropped by time, you know...
But they removed that "feature" I think 5 or 6 month ago, so there is sure an old newsletter announcing it, but still you don't loose skills without dying anymore. BTW there were many posts argueing about that if you like to search through the board...
