I have come across a problem with the system how you introduce yourself to ppl. Since it is possible to create several chars, some ppl can have one good one, where they introduce to everybody, and one bad one, that then can "use" the knowledge of the good char to attack ppl, that dont know who is, when he at the same time knows exactly who he is attacking.

(well, pretty confusing speech), anyway, i think the good system of having to introduce yourself should  be changed. It should not depend on whether the other person tells you there name, but maybe just on the fact that you come close to someone and remember that person with #i. In RL it is also possible to remember someone by his/her face rather than only knowing his/her name.

New created characters have their data stored in an own directory, so they can't use the knowledge of their main character (unless they write a program that combines the data files of both...)

Yes, it seems the client copies all map and data files automatically in the subdir of the new char - so you have the same map and names.
Have you tested what happens when people introduce now (or maybe explore new areas) You should only recognize the people that introduced to that char and you shouldn't see them with you other one(s).
