I was in town, and an orc, named Kaja tries to get in. A human is in his path, but kaja could get around if he wanted to... however being the orc he is, decides he wants the human to move, rather than go around him.

Kaja tels him to move, threatening to attack him... and he does. He paralyzes him. A lizard nearby, named Shukk, then attacks Kaja, for Shukk doesnt like magic in the town. Kaja runs to about right in front of shop. There was many people fightings. It was quite scary, especially since there were many women nearby.

I, Nilo, took out my wand, and paralyzed all of the fighters, for fighting is not allowed in town, especially for dum reasons such as not moving when somone wants by.

Once everyone was frozen, i told them to go outside of town and fight, that way other people would be safe. However, once they recovered from the paralysis, they all killed Kaja, the orc, and then Shukk turned on me. He started attacking me with a very long axe.

I ran for my life, for the lizard is quite strong. He swung, and i ran. I told him to stop many a time, and i told him no fighting in town. He persisted however, to attack me. I tried to paralyze him, but you cant when somone is attacking you, for you dont have the concentration.

I finally ran all the way to the cross, where he didnt go. I went back into town in order to bake some of my bread. He was talking with kaja again and telling him to leave town. Then Shukk told me i was banned from town for forever and that i couldnt return.

I've never even heard he had authority; much less he has the power to ban people!

Obviously trying to keep the peace just isnt worth it. I would hope that hte guards and townspeople are senseable enough, to know that I wasnt fighting....

However, Shukk, trying to keep the peace as he might, is merely making more trouble.

Paralysing a Townguard is a crime, no matter if you want to keep peace or not. It's the Townguards job to keep peace, not yours. We asked you to leave for 24 hours to think about what you've did, but you just ran away, hiding inside the shop, so it's your own fault for being banned permanently. You have no right to come back if you are just causing trouble with your magic, breaking lyrenzia laws.

I 've never ever heard you were with the town guard. Do you think im going to let somone i dont know tell me what to do?? I didnt need to think, for i have a clear conscience about what i did. I limited the fighitng in town. And you, so called "guard" made MORE trouble.

I didnt kill you because i didnt want to. I could have waved my wand in such a way that you would have been in freezing flames very quickly, however, I did not. I didnt want to kill you, for I didnt see a need. I havent killed anyone in many a month, and I hope i dont ever have to again. However, you are tempting me. Please dont tempt me. If you really want me to attack you every time i see you, then you are wrong. I will not attack you; I have never attacked you.

Why does it always seem that the towngaurd can't live up to their duties. I don't have much knowledge about this subject from before the towngaurd was here, but it seems many people dislike towngaurds. Maybe there should be a commity, who's job it is to observe and judge the towngaurd, and wether it is right to still have them around. Just a suggestion from a humble elf.

Im wondering the same thing.

They make up laws on the spot,
They ban people on the spot,
They kill people many times over,

And somehow, they are always coming out on top. I think that the town should have a say in what they are doing!

I dont even know who the heck is in the townsguard! Could somone please post a list SOMEWHERe so we could actully know who is "guarding" our town?!

I think shukk should be removed from the list; he is only causing mroe havoc than before.

Kaja is no citizen of Troll's Bane and has no rights to life there. If he's getting banned, he should accept it instead of casting iceflames on members of the guard.

-If there is only the slightest resistance against this decision, or an occurance, when you were seen in town, this ban becomes permanently.
-The fact, that you wanted to end this fight saved you from being automatically banned permanently, which is the usual punishment for an attack on the town guard.
-You will not interfere in the guardmens´duty again, as soon as you see a person involved in a fight wearing the colours of the guard, you stay out of the way. Remember this, this chance will not be offered another time.

Banned?! It was A Fight that Shukk started! If it werent for him, Kaja wouldnt have died 5 times, I would not be "banned" and we wouldnt be having this argument!

I didnt attack the town's guard! I tried to stop him from breaking his very own rules; I tried to keep peace in town. But he wouldnt stop. He kept on attacking, then came after me, making MORE violence in town.

Hagen cannot tell you who the guard is because there is no guard, only people paid by Hagen to kill the citizens and take over the town for him.

In my trying to stop the fighting, and keep peace, the very job that the Town's guard is supposed to be doing, you are banning me?!

you obviously met me often enough, to see what kind of uniform i am wearing. If other persons wear the same colours, the conclusion, that they might be guardsmen did not come to your mind? Is this willingly playing the fool or are you blind?

However, to prevent anyone else to use this excuse to hinder the guard in its duty, we will let Eliza show an example of a guard uniform in her shop.

I got told me help defend town many time, but that nub matter i expect.

Well, shukk is indeed. However, I dont think hagen is a bully. The only thing i dont like that he does is ban people too often...
