Character height and weight

Hi, I am new to this game and I haven't fully created my character yet. The problem is is that I live in the United States where we never learned the European metric system. I don't know what a 180cm is or what 40kg is? I want my character to be 6ft tall and weight 250lbs. Is there someone who can translate that to cm and kg?
