Account accepted but I still can't play :(

Hello, I have a problem similar to the one reported by TalonKa'ar some time ago, i did a request for an account, i answered the questions and I received an email that told me that my account had been accepted.. but i'm not still able to play 
.. Why?
The email said that it could be take several days before I could play but over a week has passed and i get always the same message when I create a char and login, it tells that i have not an account and I have to request it by email. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, maybe I didn't do something necessary.. Please help me please!!!!!
The email by which I created the account was(is) cabiro78@hokutofighi.zzn.com ..
