Note!: Our database only support passwords with a length of 9 characters, any additional characters won´t be saved. If your password contains more than 9 characters, just enter the first nine characters.

I hate to sound like an annoying noob, but can the password be under nine characters? I see them saying it can't be larger..but smaller they do not mention.

Also . . Is your email address your account name, and if so, is it registered with your first character?
