Played the game but an error popped up

I've got something that says Dderr_unsupported that pops up when I try to start the game. I tried loading a different character to see if it was just some problem with one of my characters, but nope, none of them worked. I would like to know what I could do to bring back my game. I'm going to go ahead and re-download it so, this problem might just fix itself.
