A group of several guardsmen march out of Trolls Bane´s east gate. They have some parchment with them, which they attach at the outer side of the towering walls. As they have done so, an additional copy is put on the black board of the town.

Terms of capitulation

The following individuals waged war against the citizens of Trolls Bane and involved them in their power struggle for dominance over Northerot, hereby endangering the whole island. Therefore they were banned from our streets and persecuted for their crimes. This is their chance to redeem themselves and regain the possibility for a peaceful life.

If you wish to surrender, this is the way, to do so:

~Do not intrude into town, but send a messanger to arrange your arrest by the town guard.
~Hand over all your weapons and armour pieces.
~You will be taken as prisoners of war and hereby enjoy the appropriate rights. You will not be harmed, tortured or mutilated and will receive adequate nourishment and medical treatment.
~When the war is over you will be released. Those, who commited crimes before the ban of your groups will serve this time additionally.
~After your release, you will live among the citizens with some constraints. You are not allowed to join any guild with political ambitions and will not participate in any war. You are not allowed to have weapons with you, inside the town limits. If you should ever be involved in any crime, after your release, you should expect the most harsh punishments, as law number four, the breach of peace, applies.

These individuals are told, to surrender:
~Ashburg
~Callith (surrendered)
~Derionar Fallvictor (Jonathan Hamlet)
~Ferrari Swifteye (5 additional hours, trial #32)
~Fooser (already in jail)

~Krubba
~Lenti

Willum walks up to the post on the gate. He reads it then looks a little mad. He then scribles something on a peice of parchment and then nails it to the wall with one of his daggers Hagen and other town guards you give the people of the movement no choice but to be put in jail if they agree to this.........agreement. You say there will be no negociating.....yet if perhaps you made it a lillte less...how to say.....srict then mabey more of uf would agree to it. _unsigned_ Willum then walks off into the forest hoping what he wrote would be read
