A terrible, rotten stench is spreading in Trolls Bane and no matter the wind, it seems, it just doesn't want to fade away.
There was a man dying in the middle of the street, you can hear people saying. His skin was covered with blisters and he screamed in agony that they should help him. But the poor man was killed, they say.
And now, it seems, the sickness is spreading.

Two women are discussing near the tavern.
Woman1: Did you hear that Edward is sailing away for a while?
Woman2: Oh no.. Are you serious?
Woman1: Yes.. Sadly. I heard that he will be away for weeks and weeks..
Woman2: What will we do without him? Life will be so uninteresting..
Woman1: We can just hope that he will be back soon.. Alive and well.

A sailor has a chat with Bogate at a pint of beer.
Shiver me timbers! yesterday, when I was coiling ropes on me ship, I saw a dark robed elf boarding one that was leaving Gobiath. I could swear that before the ship departed, I saw him tossing some sort of ring or stone into the seas saying something like "A too powerful tool for the mortal hands."
Arr!

"Those who cared for me; I wish to say goodbye, for what might be a eternity, aswell, I now drop my pagemanship at the Knighthood. Goodbye, my dear friends. I thank you for your leadership, Dantagon. And your friendship, Gildon. Goodbye."

Searavae, daughter of the undead queen Arkadia, has been seen around Trollsbane again recently. She appears much happier and not her normal self. She has also been overheard speaking of how her mother has decayed to mere bones and wanders the woods of Tol Vanima restless. Gossip in the tavern indicates Searavae is no longer under Arkadia's control and is once again free from her evil spells.

Two old women are talking at the table outside the tavern at Trolls Bane
First Woman:Yes, I heard you hardly ever see her anymore, she showed that shiny ring of hers around town then she just
disappeared except to help some with the plague, you know she's a Druid.
Second Woman: I also heard she and this Mark were suppose to get married today. But he is nowhere in sight and not anywhere on Gobiath, wonder what happened? He asked that fellow Dantagon to take over for him at the Knights and even resigned from his duties in Greenbriar. Do you think he will be here?
First Woman: I heard she moved out of his house too. Wonder what she'll do if he doesn't arrive?

a couple of men within the tavern were overheard talking
man 1 "did you hear? There is suppose to be an exiled Lord trying to run for governor"
man 2 "yes I heard about him, suppose to be a kind and just man, who rules sternly but not without compassion"
man 1 "that is what I heard also, and I also heard he already has a small following behind him"
man 2 "maybe we should try to find him and ask him what he stands for?"
man 1 "aye let us see if we can find out more about this man"
both men stand, gather their belongings, and leave

You hear people at the marketplace talking about the last contest of the tournament.
Man1: "Yes, Kl'urk won. His weapon was pretty frightening."
Man2: "I heard he did gave it to Siltaris?"
Man1: "Did he? ha! An orc with a crush on a human woman, now that's something new. I would have sold this sword."
Woman1: "I think Jorokar was the real winner of the tournament."
Man 1: "Aye! Never would have thought he would beat that lizard Behemoth. After all he was that was the first ranked in 'onehanded weapons'. Jorokar did a great job."

Another man walks over.
Seems a little dodgy to me... Jorokar lost last time, when Behemoth was forced to use his worse weaponry and armour, and yet when he had his best; Jorokar managed to win. Either those magic weapons were ridiculously powerful or that was rigged...

Eliza tells to you, that she has seen, how a heavily armed orc met a wrapped up elf in her store. Then that orc wrapped up itself, too and together they have left the city in the direction of Greenbriar
Todd, the halvling in Greenbriar, tells you, that he has seen them two, abduct an human. After a while they came back, but one of the townguard scats them away...
An elf in Vanima also saw them there, burning a strange bark.
Sam, the trador in the Grey Rose, saw these two strange persons, too. He has heard, that they were talking about Daradur and a plan...
They have left after a very long time, and they seemd to be disappointed.

Am old shepherd to his son: "Son, you see the same like me?" The son nods. "Yes, father. Last time there were more than now." The old man nods and sighs. "The goverment should act against them. Wolves which get not punished, become avaricious more and more."

===================================
Fisherman: Did you hear of those warriors carrying a treasure to the Southern woods?
Farmer: Aye, and a mage was said to be with them.
Fisherman: ... and afterwards the wolves went crazy.
Farmer: Someone told this morning at the marketplace that the wolves now guard that treasure.
Fisherman: Aye, supported by the skeletons ... so nobody will get to lay hand on the treasure. Would like to know, if it really was such a huge treasure.
Farmer: I bet, we'll never know ...
