Her Name is Morgan Tigermane..

She can log in and play but she cannot log into forum or personal mail.

Receives error message of " you have specified an inncorrect or inactive user name or invalid password"

Did she click the link in the e-mail she should have received before activation?

I mean for the board account. You should receive an E-mail when registering a board account. That E-mail contains a link that will activate your board account.

she recieved two e-mails only.

the first was the "test" finish the story e-mail

The second was the "we have accepted you request for an account please be patient" e-mail (i think she said it was dated 8-29)

So then was the e-mail for board sent and lost?
Or did it never get sent yet the characters account was created?

Either way can it be sent to her again so she can activate her forum account properly?

Since you still do not understand:

You create your Boardaccount yourself, by opening the board and clicking "Register". (Upper right part)
Follow the instructions afterwards.

I wonder how you created your own board account.

I beleive she tried that and it did not work but I will check with her again.

And excuse you, I am trying to help another player in a third party way, so if there is a communication problem or a misunderstanding it is very easy to see why. She cannot get help if she cannot send messages, e-mails, or posts.

I had NO problems getting my account set up and this is Not my account I am trying to fix.

Your comment was rather uncalled for.

Still, I find myself incapable of understanding why you could not tell this person the procedure you used to create a boardaccount.

You left the impression that you really belived that you get an automatic board account after signing up for the game.

You even did not listen to the others telling you otherwise.

Checked memberlist of the board, there is no account named "Morgan Tigermane".
Tell her to create a boardaccount.

Yes it was my error on how I read that and repiled to it.

I have talked to her again and the problem is fixed now.

I am human and I do make errors.
