Rather unfortunately, a response to a House Sea Serpent post has to be made once again.
Count Ssar'ney alone wrote the Law of Nobility and presented it to the Queen to be passed. It never received the approval of any other Noble so the Law of Nobility is effectively the Count's own law. This combined with the Count's well-known animosity toward yours truly makes it near-impossible for the Houses to agree "in unity" on any proposed changes to the said law.
Because of the fact that only two Nobles exist, an agreement on the ways that the Realm is governed is not always achieved. As it's not ideal for the Queen to continuously rule in the favor of one of two Nobles, the following (preferably both) should happen:
1) The Queen changes the Count's written Law of Nobility according to this Noble's proposal to encourage consistent government of the Realm and hopefully reduce House rivalry
...and/or...
2) The Queen appoints a third Noble. With a dynamic of 3, decisions and plans may finally be agreed on without tug-of-war via posts
For the record: This Noble will not tolerate deliberate herding and locking of red skeletons into Blood Circle Arena, regardless of the culprit's rank and position. The life of Dale Daeon, the Beastmaster of Blood Circle Arena, will not be endangered again.
Once again all members of the House Desert Fox are expected to cooperate with members of the Sea Serpent to their best judgment and ability, and not disobey the Count, despite the state of the Nobility.
