Gladly the Salks stepped in and bailed Gobaith out... thus: Salks = good guys of the conflict.
How come BRER never got the bailout funds? I need my BONUSES!

Reading over my earlier statement again, I realize I was a bit out of order slagging off the community somewhat.
And for that, I apologize. You guys are alllllright.

Cmon, Alexander. As part of some initation into the guild you had me kill some innocent orc.

To be honest, I joined because I thought you were kinda evil right from the start. I always saw Alexander as evil, but who thought he was doing great good.

My two cents: the salkamarian prince in his role is a well-played prince, but a bad-played salkamarian prince (considering the way he took over and the way he persists on "his" land, although knowing how the settlement evolved without any effort made from salkamar.) however, i see that from a questers side. A quester sometimes have to push through his plotline and make actions, where players have no chance to influence the situation, just to make a later point of quest reasonable, which is in most cases the point where the actual fun for the player starts.

The goal of the taking over quest was clearly to put trolls bane under gm controll. Me, as an ex quest-gm would have done things differently (actually i had a questplan prepared for this, back when i was still a quester.)
I would have conquered Bane with Albarian forces, and bring the prince in to free the town, together with the players and THEN have the prince ruling bane. this would be more suitable for a salkamarian take over.

However, how things evolved now, it is logical that people will rebell against him. And i kinda like it now.

As for the actual topic:

I cant say that you rebells are the bad guys... but you are definatly NOT the good guys, either.
something in between i guess. But definatly chaotic and not lawful.

In all honesty, I do like rebels. There are actually 2 plots going against me now, and, again in honesty, I find one of them super-interesting and brilliant, and one the lamest attempt I've ever seen (Personal opinion!).

I, unlike other players perhaps, can understand why people want to rebel against the Prince. It was a bad take-over, we've been there, it has been discussed, fault was admitted. The situation is as it is right now, and the Prince must deal with that. He might have been bad in the past, but now he is just salvaging everything from the mistakes already made. And, if he as a result of those mistakes, is going to get assassinated (or attempted assassination, as in the case of the Seahorse), then so be it.

Also, a call-out to Joxia or any of her conspirators: Please, send me a PM!

If Joxia's plan wasn't good, would Mesha post that?

Alex, we decided on, instead of chasing after bane, go after a bunch of mages, we might as well have a duds hat on

I don't know what the heck Alex is doing, I wanted to lead the guild but this ex-criminal/idiot is now leading it...ach, why'd he reveal ourselve to mages? MAGES? 2 mages pwned us, fighters are no use, we need some mages too now. Alexander... wtf?

Well technically it was Verdazar's Idea, and the second one was Jeffersons.
So get the facts straight before slating ;)

ach, Alexander, you listened to the Temple? It was THEIR problem man, their problem, and now we're screwed because of your templar connections, that's why it'd be better for Udan to be leader, he's not in any guild or anything.
