Clearly there was some risk in telling you then.

But if the members were treated so horribly as he says, then why does he even care?

Yeah dwarves, just gather up a bunch of people who like to skill gain, that is the solution to all problems. Who needs golems?

((Also nice to see people who werent around jump in here and make some obscure connection between pushed chars they had and golems, then trying to bitch out the staff. Just keep proving quest groups cause more problems than they are worth))

well, concerning fair roleplay:

Ghorn and Stephen fight. Stephen start drinking potions while fighting. Ghorn asking ooc "WTF?". Stephen says "is allowed!". Ghorn does too, Ghorn pwnes Stephen. Ghorn follows Stephen directly to Shrine of Silverbrand temple. Stephen gets revived, Ghorn standing with weapon beside him. Stephen runs away right after being revived, ghorn #mes he runs into stephen, a heavy strength 20 dwarf. Stephen grunts, and continues running. Stephen jumps into portal. Stephen attacks Ghorn who follows. Stephen runs again. Stephen dies second time in desert. Stephen uses portal at cross right after revive and vanishs.

Duh...thanks for fairness. Just that he doesnt get jailed, huh?

So lets bitch out Nitram constantly, even in places where it doesn't belong. You know, because Illarion doesn't need him at all or anything, and the fact you even had any pushed chars is because he is here upkeeping Illarion. Perhaps it is time to get over it? How many weeks/months later?

well honestly, im not going to lose to silverbrand when it has a golem. It is an unfair advantage, honestly, we had a key to silverbrand, we could have marched in with Grant, Mark, Dain and Stephen when we first got there, we would have clouded djironnima, silas and duchan fi they did anything to get in our way, nearly instantly. Then we would have clouded all your 6 or so dwarves no problem. The only reason we didnt was because of your golems. The SOLE reason you won was because of your golem. And that is something we cannot at all fight, Arameh and I tried yesterday, we fought for about 5 minutes straight and he simply isn't killedable by normal characters, yet it can chase us, stalk us, andattack us everywhere. That is unfair, and hell no I will not let you destroy a Knighthood/guild/anything that has been around for over a year now because you have a couple GMs who will play golems for you.

I won't allow it, fact.

Sorry fooser. *sticks his nose in Nitrams Bullshit* At first, I was even attacking nitram, but he decided to quote and attack me. Sorry, but he's done that one to many times, And I'll not put up with it. I am stating the mere fact that the Background set by Damien and his background crew, have been violated more than once, when we peons can't do anything against the background or we get a nifty little message telling us to change. But they can play gods who have "left the world of Illarion". Such as Bragon. Or gods who inadvertantly watch over Gobaith but don't interfere, Like Moshran. Considering that Golems are creatures granted life by the gods, I believe that it goes beyond the background set by Damien, since the gods don't interfere. Sorry that I was TOTALLY out of line fooser.

The Golem Standing there got obtained through a quest by our priest Thorgrimm. He made a holy ritual for it. We gathered rock, builded the golem and he made the ritual. in that ritual he lost his arm which turned into stone, as a payment for the golem. The golems only purpose is, guarding the king and his town. He will fight just on king ghorns side, noone others. he listens to his commands.

The golem was not just thrown after. we did rp for it, a quest, and a priest of irmorom sacrificed his arm for it.

sorry Stephen, but you just gave us a very cheap noob show.

No that arguement is a cheap n00b show

Shall I ask to have a quest and have some RP so we can gain a few invincible magic creatures to pwn any other people? I mean wtf is that way of thinking, thats not how it works

Agreed. Let's all cut off our arms, and make rocks come to life so we can have an unstoppable force of Golems!
YEY!

patric that doesnt matter, when i was governor of tb i never had an option to get gnolls of uberness by sacrificing stephens cock, which i would have done if i knew for a fact that whenever stephen got in trouble for running his mouth a gm would log on and pk any characters.

It is an UNFAIR advantage, if ever there is a quest involving a 3rd party not from the island of gobiath and is about to destroy your town then sure, use the golems. But it is BS to use it on a guild of players who actively play this game and screw over their time spent leveling, buying good quality weapons and armor, recruiting more people etc when the overall outcome is 6 people attack a golem that doesnt die becuase of 250 constitution.

its bs and PO arameh is seriously considering rage deleteing arameh :/

I want uber gnolls of uberness

What is the problem though, of defense having some advantage? Generally when attacks occur, the defense DOES have advantages. The golem should be beatable, yeah, but I don't think you can complain they have one, when you go to their territory to cause trouble

Well it isnt beatable

Well, anywhere between 2-3-4 people should be able to bring it down without too much trouble. I know what it feels like, especially recently to fight things that aren't beatable, and it generally didn't leave good feelings. But it also seems people are complaining that they have one at all, and that is wrong. Remember, you guys chose to fight on their home ground, you fought on their terms, neither one is a good choice strategically.

im fine with defensive creatures, i had pipe dreams of somehow convincing damien that the knighthood of kallahorn and the forest trolls could make a defensive alliance or so on certain condition. This would however not involve an uber invincible forest trolls cheiftain that walks around with stephen and kills people on stephens command. It would involve at most 5 npc forest trolls I can have someone summon or a single forest troll player with some 20 constitution and upwarsd of 70/100 skills, so it is stronger then average, but cannot decimate an army solo.

If the golems were made to this standards or similar, i would be happy with it.
