A mummy is seen entering Trolls Bane, no one crosses his path as he approaches the town boards, clawing randomly at Fooser's parchment, he is shooed out off town after he entered the tavern by someone
Just out of curiosity. If there is no cult...how can you say cult members should be banned? Ban me by all means I could care less. But I believe you should have a new reason for banning people, since the Temple is finished.
Do not jump for joy so soon. The Temple may have been stopped for now. Now though you have to worry about its previous members for they are still around. Evil will never leave this land. You all fight an unwinnable battle to purge the land of darkness. Because as long as their is light their will be darkness.
How many dark forces have we defeated so far?
They come and go and their rulers die; we win every time and stick around.
Take Ariges for example. He's gone now, and we all survived.
Dark will never win; it's inevitable.
The "Temple" was a sickly institution, one whose last days will be characterized by cowardice, ill morals, weakness, kidnapping children, and disloyalty within. Anyone who joined this atrocity willingly will not be looked well upon, and may your thoughts and dreams remain in cold darkness for the rest of eternity.
If a former member wishes to walk within Trollsbane again, they will have to go through the process of redemtion, or in simple terms, they accept the consequences of their actions and choose a punishment of either jail, fine, or labor. Once that is completed, they are free to walk again...unless they do something foolish again later on, and they will be banned again. So far, no cultists have done this, so all are still banned.
Stephen is not banned, he has attacked an orc, but the said orc was very violent and even attempted assault on my friend Aurora, as well as drawing his weapons and menacing different people to hand over their money, the ban of Stephen Rothman is void.

Well, I said I would leave Trolls bane for the night because I had more interesting matters to attend to, which I did and still do. But I only agreed to the baning of the night.
Letting it be known that "Darlok" is not wanted here, for whatever reason this tyrant has been raised from the dead, what short sighted motives anyone had to do this is beyond me. They apparently are extremely irresponsible and put in no wisdom into the actions they take.
His black magic still exists, I suspect him as being the one summoning all the monsters of late. He is the only one left with that much power at his disposal.
The Bandit looking like ((133)) as well as a dwarf smith looking like ((162)) had taken an elfess hostage, and demanded 60 silver coins for her safe release. I paid, and don't really expect the King in all his graciousness to pay me back regardless for the crime being commited on his lands and to his subjects, nonetheless I would expect these individuals to be wanted and hunted out by the royal guards.
