The fact that I have been chased now by three different species and not one was a dwarf all because of your "Declaration" is clear enough. This is not mearly the dwarves, but the entire island. It appears Tialdin does control all.

May I excuse myself to point out my reason? Well yes I will anyways. I was minding my own buisness on my way to bash some skeletons up. When 4 dwarves and an orc are nearby hiding in the trees. They come up to startle me and ask my name. I asked if they were Clan of the Axe and they said "yes." I told them that I do not utter my name to strangers. Suddenly, they want to kill me! They threaten me! When they do not even know my name! Learn your enemies before you wage war you idiotic dwarves!

Though they are "helping" the Towns Guard, They nevertheless just entered this war by declaring war on the movement and northerot.

The guard thinks just because they live under our very streets that they can remain in trollsbane, but i disagree.

If you declare war, i say that you should be cast out of town.

this is a lie of you or a lie of the dwarfes. first the clanners never hide in shadows, this is not necessary. and second, i asked my brothers and they said that no one of them was there.

Maybe some dwarves are taking advantage of the current chaos and disorder, to kill in the name of Silverbrand and sally the Kingdom's good name.

Perhaps some Dwarves are jealous of Silverbrand and it's wealth. Who knows, eh?

I have attacked four different humans in the town of Trollsbane while I searched for Dwarves. It is a shame this city gives the dwarves safe haven and therefor require me to hunt within their walls. Tis a shame also the humans were foolish enough not to stay out of my way.

The Movement was banned according to the town guard and the Grey Rose because the war was in the streets. Because Arkadia is now attacking in the streets would it not be fitting that the Clan of the Axe be banned for the same crime?

yes....seems fair to me. Thank you Arkadia and Grant...but still they won't agree because they are scared of Darlok, not arkadia. Darlok would come into town...since they are cowards they were sub,missive and banned us. Now they won't because Darlok does not come into town.

If Movement and Northerot members are banned from town then the only way for one of them to be killed is to break the Law imposed by Lyrenzia. Let us not forget; Silverbrand is a Kingdom, the only way to get out of town is for them to go through it, so where is the sense in that?

Hypothetically, if the Clan of the Axe was banned from town the Movement would probably complain that the Dwarves had to go through town to get to them. It would be an easy way of slandering them when they have no other option. Let us not forget that Kale Orton killed a member of Silverbrand when he was in the movement (I have no clue if he is or not as he seems to be gone one day and back the next.) Not your fault, Grant? Actually yes it is, having been foolish enough to let a known murderer into your organisation you should have expected so much to happen. A good leader will always choose his warriors wisely, and Kale was no warrior. He was a plain murderer, and you knew this.

From Lyrenzia's point of view, which I think you forget too hastily. The Movement is banned from town, I know I said this before but you would seem to need constantly reminded of this factor. The Clan of the Axe declares war on you, so Lyrenzia know as you are banned from town all fighting would be done outside. So you break into town, against Lyrenzia's wishes and are slain by the Dwarves, how can you complain? You should not even be there, the Clan of the Axe is just helping the Town Guard rid you from town.

You had to break Lyrenzia's laws to be killed in town, the Clan of the Axe is only assisting them, so there is no crime and there is no reason for them to be banned from town as they are already allies.

Had you made your choices more wisely Grant, you would not be in this situation. Do yourself and the rest of us a favor, disband the Movement and surrender, I am sure they would be more merciful to you if you did so.

Surrender, my dear friend you seem to think they will win. Anyways, none of the Movement has "broken" into the town, least of all myself.
As for the Kale Orton incident, I do not know how you found out or if it is even relavent because myself and Alora Ironforge, (The poor dwarven madam that was brutally slain), are now fair friends I would like to say. So, the war has nothing to do with that.

My point is that the Movement and Northerot citizens were banned from town because we fought in town. The Movement, if you were remember since you seem to know so much about which you were never even around to experience, never brought the war to the town; Darlok and Zerbus did. However we did defend ourselves inside town.
Now, The Clan of the Axe has started a war with the Movement and Northerot citizens, and now that Arkadia has taken it upon herself to wage the war in town, like Darlok and Zerbus, the war is in the town. Now since The Clan of the Axe is basically in the same position the Movement was in before, it would be logical by all standards that they be banned as well.

Arkadia is taking the fight to the streets yes, but Silverbrand is part of Lyrenzia and therefore are allied to the Clan of the Axe. Why would they ban part of themselves? I am sure Arkadia like many others, are banned from town already and therefore the Clan of the Axe would be doing no different than the Town Guard in removing her from town, or killing her (as she has been attacking people and openly admits to going to town with the sole purpose of killing Clan of the Axe members.) Besides, if the Clan of the Axe are allies, or part of Lyrenzia then I would presume it would only seem natural for them to assist the Clan of the Axe under their alliance. There is no hypocracy about it, that is the point.

As for me finding out about Kale Orton I can tell you that it is not hard to read from the town walls. It is important for a leader to know a man before he commands him, such bad judgement in your recent history would only point to the fact that you lack some skills in leadership. That was the reason for my suggestion.
