A quote from the rules page...
3. Insults

All insults directed at the person behind the screen, and not the character, are frowned upon, and will not be tolerated. Neither will all racist and/or sexist remarks.
A quote from "The Returner"
Paul you idiot

The problem in the whole discussion is in my opinion, that there are two different things mixed up in the most posts, which should be seperated.

Taking the seeds, cause they are new items, they maybe worth and unique, without having a look on the whole story and their character of the char, it is "item hunting" and no roleplay. In this case, it ruins the roleplay of the ones, praying at the shrine.
(btw. it isn't technically possible to make the seeds stick in the ground without being moveable [for this, the client has to be changed], it is only possible to change the decaytime of the objects as high as possible so hat they won't vanish)

Taking the seeds while being in character, fitting to the history of the character, which was played until now, thinking about the consequences, this act will have, knowing that by doing this you will get many enemies ... facing all this with the goal to destroy the success, the other have gained with their prayer, cause the drought should go on ... is RP and therefor is ok. Also it is ok, if a priest than speaks a curse over this and the gods hear this and act. It is another consequence of roleplay.

The difference between both is the motivation of the player / character for taking the seed. Having a seldom item or destroying the success of good people. As far as the motivation can't be regocnized, both are possible until a story is written on the board or other way of communication is used to show the motivation of the acting char.
Knowing human beings, the possibility is in my opinion higher, that peoples motivation was item hunting.
But without making this difference, no good comment can be made about this case.

I dont want to Argue with any one but from what I can tell, if it truley were good RP they wouldnt have stolen the seedlings, because there were so many Fir trees there would be seedlings every where. and sudenly they make an item called "fir tree seedling" and people take them because there rare. Had this been real, seedlings would be every where not some rare item so in my Opion it is bad RP to steal them.
