Arrows Can be made into wind arrows, which go much farther than Bolts. ANd, if you are very illiterate in this subject, crossbows use bolts, while bows use arrows. Cross bows are more effective, meaning they hurt for more. While the arrows will go much farther, and perhaps shoot quicker.
Yet, The quickest for the ranged attacks, would have to be the throwing star, as you can easily throw those quickly.

After all a man must see first hand and get an understanding of the person he meybe letting into his group.

I ask all members and thos wishing to join the group to attend, if they time and business alows, the 'Ever lasting pray' organised by Elaralith.

I'll not attend some "prayer" organized by a murderer. There is something morally wrong with that.
Alun Terod.

Dear Alun,
So you have yourself a conflict of "morals". You must conflict with yourself a lot then. You say I am a murderer, I say you are one too. As an elf I consider the killing of anything to be murder. So you are a murderer in my eyes dear Alun just as you see me as one. What does any of it have to do with attending the neverending prayer? Come if you want the drought to end.
Wisdom guide you through the darkness,

Perhaps Elaralith, killing a hog for food is murdering in your eyes. But then you must think of yourself a murderer as well, since you have killed dwarves not but two weeks ago. And you must not think murdering is a very bad or serious thing since you believe you still have the ear of Elara.
Point is Elaralith, no one cares what you believe anymore. And your day of reckoning will come soon. And you can quote me. And you can hide behind the stupid men and women who forgive you instantly of your sins. But I will get to you, maybe not today or tomorrow, but I will, and I am positive I am not the only one.

Elarilith the tailor of leather goods thinks killing pigs is murder? How do you sleep nights knowing that you, a "priestess" of Elara, pay people to commit murder? It is unlike you to pay others to murder, you usually do it yourself.
Algoran.

Oh, but I do consider myself a murderer. I admit freely to that as I have done not so long ago on the town boards. Didn't you get that from my confession? I said as plain as day that "I was a murderer".
Dear Algoran,
Yes I consider the killing of anything to be murder. How do I sleep nights? Well there is much to say about that, so if you want to hear maybe you will find me in my wanderings and then I can tell you fully.

It is rumoured that you see some people wearnig the Cloak of Illar around.
"Does this mean that the Archers of Illar is back, Padma?" A young woman asks her friend.
"I don't know... I don't think so, I thought the group died away..." the other girl replies.
An elf walks by moments later, and you could have sworn that he was wearing the Cloak of Illar...

Alica comes up to the guild board and pins a letter written in something looking like blood or red ink
" I hereby leave this guild.. I feel that i do not fit in as an archer.. I do not have enough skills for it, nor enough time to train them. I am very sorry to tell you this, but if you want to message me anything, i will be around the Workshop in Troll's Bane or in Castle GreyRose. "
Farewell...

Alica... why?
What is this about fitting in as an archer? few people even start the bow as dedicated as you were...
What is the problem, maybe i can solve it ?
