Lol well thats kind of how he's mean to be
I mean he's 21, his father was kicked out of Salk land for falling in love with a serinjah servant girl.
Mother died at birth, father was killed by Orc raiding party when he was 14. Came to the island, dropped in the shut became friends with Taliss, joined the Temple, left the temple, joined the Militia, Taliss died, Prince took over, Kicked out of Bane, Head screwed up so he tries to fight the world

Fight or flight baybeee!

Does he even mean your char anyway? I thought he meant you, the PO. As in you, the PO who scripted an NPC proclaiming how great his char is.

You guys should all take History of Gobaith in an Illarion Setting, this would clear a lot of things up for you and understand WHY everything happened the way it happened.

I blame it on the economy crisis after the Beothach bank crashed.

That bank was a class act.

Don't blame me for that, anyone taking loans out would not pay me back! Go figure!

Exactly, all those bad debts would've had a devastating impact on the economy.
Gladly the Salks stepped in and bailed Gobaith out... thus: Salks = good guys of the conflict.

Gobaith is an island that suffers demon attacks every other month. It seems the gods have a particular interest in this island and so the Salkamaerian prince would clearly be interested in making sure the undead don't overtake the whole island and then go for world domination, while also raising the possibility that one day he might be able to interact with the gods himself
