We, from the UCA founding council, discussed the actions taken by Dunthor and have allowed him a new chance to come clean, though he have set him strict terms and conditions to be viewed in a month. We hope he will re-habilitate and return to his normal self, and become a more peaceful member of society.

it is nice to see that the UCA is giving Dunthor another chance, but since when do you have all mighty power to do whatever you feel is neccesary? it really isnt your right to decide, nor is it anyones. and i honostlty dont care about his history. i have traded with him on occation and never had any problem with him. corse, i never have a problem with anyone...
