Well I guess I get to make a comment about the list.  I think that these people should NOT be killed on the spot but treated with great caution.  I think we should not attack them unless they are attacking or hurassing others and if so Do not attack by yourself... they are extremely dangerous.  Thank you all and that was me two gold pieces on the topic.  (instead of my 2 cents)

Dipstick, this is not the board.  No doubt that the people wont be walking around like perfect little angels, so they will most likely be breaking the law whenever seen...
