I want to restore it. What has happened to the fallen orcs that were in this Guild??

lol why do you choose posts from years ago and then say random and silly things on the thread?

I want to make a good guild my self and getting fallen leaders will help my chances. I want to join up with other old guilds and stuff like that.

Leading a clan requires that you have experience and people who would follow you. You have neither. Wait a year or so and then try.

Xalliar just answered that in his third point. You have been here even less than a month. Everyone is a newbie at some point. That point is where you are now.
Let's think about a parallel example in our daily society. Suppose that a foreigner comes to your country. He has little or no experience in your homeland, does not appear to speak your language very well, and knows nothing about your country's government. Two years later, he announces that he would like to run for the position of your country's leader, on a whim, because he hears that some politicians enjoy it.
Would you trust this guy?
No, we don't either.

PS- "Your" thread is on a public board. As the forum for Illarion, everyone is granted the right to begin threads. But only within limits, because a respect has to be maintained for the domain of a community.
If you start bitching and spamming around more, even if it's your own thread, you'll only get one thing in return for yourself: a lack of respect from the rest of the community.
It's no wonder you're not a very popular candidate for guild leader right now, hm?
Edit- Saw Xalliar's thread. Yes, end of discussion.
