Edit;
Someone does make a visit..but just stays some time outside, listening.
Someone jawns audible, then leaves, smiling to oneself.

I decided to help the knighthood with providing food for the Knighting of Amroth, however, it seems my cooking skill are not good enough to cook the things I wanted to provide, but I do have all the required supplies to make the food including bowls and all the vegetables needed to make the soups so if any can just cook I will supply the goods. As it is for the Knighthood I would ask that the cook do this out of charity. Please if our cook could make himself available please send me a dove.

I already have the sand for this, 1000 apple boards, 700 Naldor logs, 700 conifer boards and half the buckets. I will collect the naldor wood, make the rest of the buckets, and make those shovels. Meet you soon Merri!

I dont mind what so ever I can keep the wood for myself. William was there a problem did we not get the wood to you in a decent amount of time I do say 6 days to gather 1750 is a relatively difficult task. However, as I said I could care less if he wants to cancel the order or not. This matter is up to Dusty to pursue further.

Hmm...this is difficult.
In business such as ours, we take a large order, and because the Order is too big for any person to complete themselves, we contract with suppliers to do some of the work. Sometimes, those suppliers in turn contract and purchase some of the wares from other (3rd line) suppliers and so forth.
The wood was a substantial order, one that needed multiple suppliers to obtain.
To suddenly cancel that Order at this point backs up and inconveniences all involved to collect it.
To pick and choose which 'part' of an Order you want to buy or cancel at a moment's notice is very frustrating.
I assume at the time the Order was placed, a Price was agreed upon. If so, there is a contract by us to deliver, and a contract by you to purchase. Editing halfway into our "obligation" is frustrating and difficult as you can see how this affects many others.
My nature is to say, yeah, sure...no problem. But....
Business is business. An Order was placed and we promised to deliver. A deal is a deal. What good are future Orders when they could be edited or even cancelled at the last minute. I would not like to continue business like that.
We are in business to supply customers with their needs, but not at the expense of hap-hazard deals, unreliable contracts and doubtful profits. We provide quality, reliable and fast service, and we should expect the same of those we contract with.
Nothing personal with the customer in qustion, but I say no.
