Well...i just have to say something about this...topic.

First of all, i find this kind of topics really useless. Its just a endless "You did this bad, you did that bad." And those who start such Topics, aren't thinking, when they do this, in my opinion.

But about the bad dwarfen roleplay.

The background of the dwarfs, tell, they are a race, very companionable under the likes of them. Everything can be solved with a good beer.
And they love the monarchie. The only state system, a dwarfen town is ruled by.

I don't think, its the best kind of rp, to start a civil war under the dwarfes.

But its not the only thing, the most actions, the dwarfs did in the last weeks, really sucked. And it really make me thinking about a huge earthquake with the epicenter in the middle of the nice dwarven town.

Its just crap, that there are 3 or more parties of dwarfs, and all want to rule silverbrand. Its just...crap. There are not enougth dwarfs to do this, and is really doesn't fits, in my opion to the way, dwarfs should act with other dwarfs.

Anyway. This Topic is useless and produces a useless amount of sensless spam.

So i think its the best, to let this topic disappear in the deeps of this forum.

I agree, there are about 10 or less active dwarf characters in Illarion, and its a shame to see them all split up. This 'war' as started, and we have to RP it, but i wish that you could all just agree. I don't think it will happen though, since neither of the "kings" will let the other "king" back into the kingdom...

why should Ghorn give up the right on the crown ingame for which ghorn worked the last months and which he got from the old king? i dont give up for what me and my char worked for 6 month and, what the elderking gave my char, because someone other who is just since a short time on the isle and did nothing yet for the town wants to be king too.

I agree that there are not enought dwarfs that are actice to be split. And also, Ghorn character is much too aggressive and perseverant to let Durgin be king, thats sure i expect Ghorn will get the city back by force. But i think this should be all resolved ingame.

One simple sentence that justifies all the roleplay:

Overthrows Happen.

How much work you did shouldn't matter, do you think kings just got thrown up there for no reason, some did some didn't. Some of the ones who worked hard got knocked off the throne, it happens.

Bad dwarven roleplay example, easy:

#me looks down at the elf, standing in front of him.

I live to server, Josefine. This topic has outlived its usefulness and now serves as a soapbox to Ghorn.
