An' I can't remember any letter from a Nanus. If he wants to be citizen he shouldn't just write " i want" but also wher' an' when to meet him!

aldgedinter Zwerch und deswegen wird es wohl auch nicht ins Gewicht fallen
wenn ein alder Zwerch wie ich da , da nicht mitmacht.

I am not Dwarvenkind, nor am I a citizen, however please consider my request for I too am a follower of Blessed Irmorom.

I wish to apply for a license to trade in Siverbrand as an "Authorized Trader of Lumber, Foods, Tailored Goods, Glass and Carpentries". I am a member of the Carpenters of Gobiath Guild and will therefore guarantee quality and fair prices.

I am not a smith and therefore will not interefere in your glorious and quality work. I seek simply to be able to present my wares for sale and to purchase from your citizens once a week during your 'Market Day'.

I would also like have the honor to visit Irmorom's Temple concluding 'Market Day' to pay my homage to our mutual protector. Perhaps someday, shrines to her shall be found all over Gobiath.

Ein Zwerg mit wutrotem Gesicht und einem zerknüddelten Zettel in der Hand stampft auf das Brett zu. Er hält eine Nachricht an das Holz und rammt ein Spitzes Schwert hinein um sie zu befestigen:

"Ick will hier ein für alle ma' sachn, dat ick kein Verräta bin! Ick jebe zu, ick hab mein Schwur jechenüba' dem Könich jebrochen, aber ick hatte jehofft dass meine Brüda un' Schwestern meine Gründe verstehn' würden, vor allem mein Meista, der mich bessa kennt als jeda andre'. Aber ick hab mich verdammich nochma jetäuscht! Ejal welchen Zwerch ick treff, dat erste was ick zu hören krieche is dat ich nen dreckicher Verräta bin und mich verziehn soll...

Ick kann euch nich' verstehn'! Dass ick Silva verlasse hat nichts damit zu tun, dass ick Silva nich mehr mag, oder dass ick enttäuscht bin von Irmorom oder sonst irgendwat! Der einziche Grund is Ghorn. Wir hatten schwere Differenzen un' deswechen hab ick Silva verlassen. Nu hat Gloin heut' jemeint, dat wär noch zu verkraften, aber nich dass ick zu Stephen in die Rittaschaft jeh, da es vielleicht bald Kriech zwischen Stephen un' sein' Leuten und Silva jeben würd. Aber ick hab zu Stephen jesacht, datt ick nie ein' meina Brüda oda Schwestern angreifen würde und dass ick, wenn ick übahaupt bei dem Krieg kämpfen würde, auf der Seite Silvas' wär' un' ihm hats nichts jemacht! Warum zum Teufel also, soll ick Silva in irgendeina Weise verraten haben?
