Stephen doesn't start wars. He has plenty of men who are willing to fight for him and with him. He just has no enemy and I dont have him act differently just to start an ingame war. I play him as him and simply play.
Edit- and i have seen 8 orphans prop up over the past month.

Then I really don't understand what is all this complaining about.
What is the sense of measuring forces? Troll's Bane, Knights of Kallahorn, Varshikar, The Synode...
It's just matter of facts... Troll's Bane is the city the most characters rp in, make friends, start their business, etc. They start to call it home before even knowing other lands.
An idea occured to me that, when making a human character you could choose the avaiable options for human races on Moon Silver and depending on the one you choose, you can start in Troll's Bane, Varshikar or in this city you so much want to make, Stephen.
EDIT: Well, I remember some time ago people asking for children IG because there was none. There you go.

Garett Gwenour wrote:Whats there to do in Varshikar? Why become a citizen? It lacks anything interesting. You cannot really have quests going on there to attract people because of the tax. The only people who go to Varshikar are criminals and outlaws, and that era of making the bad guy character is over ... were in the era of making adorable children that have lost their parents ..
i wonder if anyone can follow that last bit ..
What to do.....pretty much the same as you can in Trollsbane.
Citizenship?....why not?....and it would help you to avoid the tax. Why join any guild, group or town? Because you want to. Because it offers an opportunity to further your character in some way.
Lacks anything interesting?...VMA.....me?....Ogres? For such a boring place with nothing to interest anyone why do so many people come here? Oh yes.....to fight ogres and sell daggers, etc. If those who did that hung around for a bit instead of just running in and out things might be better.
Quests are possible...tax or not. And the tax issue is settled for some anyway.
Crminals and outlaws?...that was the old Varshikar. A lot of the citizens are definitely not criminals.

"What is there to do in Varshikar?" Did I hear that right?
Starts handing out brochures
WEEEEEEELL, there is plenty to do in Varshikar, including the following:
-Sun bathe in the nice warm sands of the desert, and then(if you survive the scorpion posion), refresh yourself by jumping into the northern water, which is probably cold.
-Visit famous historical sites of both Darlok and the old Northerot, and Varshikar, and maybe even see the secret lich in the basement.
-Squeeze Jeremy Willowbrook, the most adorable halfling on the island.
-Appease the appetite of the ogres.
-Get insulted by the demon inhabiting Maeve's body
-Sword lessons, dancing lessons, and much more!!!

Hey, my orphan wasn't an orphan when she started...
Plus, she's the cutest
Seriously, my opinion on child characters is that it's a really cool thing, because the adult they grow into, basically, who their character becomes over time, is shaped by the RP of every player they meet in game. With Rhiannon, this effect has been astounding. Her entire future and personality have been metamorphosing because of IG events. I think that with children more than with anyone else you get to see this happen.
Besides, kids say the darndest things
