To all Guards. The jail has been breached and all criminals freed. In the chaos I found ceridan and have decided to take him under my wing. His trial will still be done and if he ever commits another crime I will haul him back here myself. His punshment may still be served but he is in good hands.....

Today just after you left after you spoke to Dave and asked him to become a guard we were approached by a human male named Levran, he told us a dwarf had robbed him at knife point and had taken his bag, the three of us went looking for him but didnt find him, i kept looking for a while on my own and saw him. i chased him into the pig pen and told him who i was and to return the Man's bag to me or he would be put in jail, to my surprise he handed the bag over to me but when i picked it up he threatened to kill me, he held a knife to my throat and told me he would see me outside town,i told him i would have to arrest him, he then left and i lost sight of him. I returned the bag to Levran and he told me that all his belongings were in the bag as well as some things that were not his, mainly smithing and mining tools. I Looked around for a short time for the Dwarf but did not see him again till he appeared in the jail.

I hope this is enough information,

The elf Cerden who was freed by during the jail breech has been jailed again. There are more charges against him. I will post them as soon as I get them straight from those making the charges. He did attack me and attempt a jail break after producing a bow and arrows he had stashed somewhere upon his person.
The dwarf also attacked me upon entering the jail, so let this be added to his charges. Also he assited the elf in attempting to escape and both were clouded, revived, and returned to jail.

Was defeated in combat and fled. I suggest 3 dwarven days away from the city.

Two of the bandits of the "players" have been taken down within our boarders by Trolls Bane guards and The Armed Forces alike. I would like to think everyone for their help in this matter and I would appreciate it if we saw the turnout of helping hands every time these bandits decide to come onto our lands. The bandits are being held in Kallahorn while they await their trails.

Report:

I was in elizas not long ago, when i was approached by a man and woman. She harrassed me mercilessly, untill i finally asked her boyfriend to make her go away. This man reacted with anger, and drew a blade, attacking me. I defended myself, and knocked him back. I then naturally went to apprehend the criminal, when his woman attacked me, attempting to use force to prevent me. I hit her, and then subdued her while on the floor.

I suggest the man should be charged, and the lady, despite her crime, given medical attention. If i hurt her, it was unintentional, and selfdefence.

As you can clearly see, Mister Smith, Ayla is not a citizen of the town. If you look at the crime committed in the report above, you'll clearly be able to note the fact that she isn't "respectable" either. If a man or woman has to help bandits escape to gain the Captain's respect then I fear I've been doing the wrong thing for the past few months.

Ayla

Ayla is still listed as a citizen on the offical town board of the previous governor.

Not beeing listed on the current register does not remove all her rights.

Until those inconsistencies and all events during the arresting around Seregon have'nt been enlightened in an objective manner, Ayla has to be seen as innocent.

On the countrary, If you read the laws, They state:

Principle 1: Nobody can expect to be innocent until proven guilty. Everyone can be expected guilty unless proven innocent.

Also, If she is not on the CURRENT citizen list, she is evidently not a citizen.
It is the current Archduke of Trollsbane, and not the old Governor that is important.
